Network traffic prioritizing

Where can i vote to disallow prioritizing of network traffic? As for me it will be a great problem for users… i already have this problem with my ISP in my city (illegal redirects, etc). So we must fight against it

Damn work

After couple of hours trying to catch what goes wrong with php-mcrypt module i understand that this strange decryption of text is a server problem… damn… i’ve spent a lot of time doing nothing

I think that admin of the server will be pleased to hear it
